James Dzimba

James Dzimba is a senior manager and chartered engineer with Network Rail, a railway infrastructure company. Providing engineering expertise and leadership within the industry. This includes the mentoring and development of engineers in the early stages of their careers.
James is a volunteer with a prison independent monitoring board. This monitors and reports on prison conditions affecting prisoners. One of the organisations he has been associated had a strapline “people like me” this resonates with James as he strives to identify and be a role model for his community. Giving back to the communities that have made him who he us. Defining our identity beyond our differences.
This has evolved into a keen interest in social justice and opening opportunities for others and is a volunteer in the criminal justice system as a magistrate.
