Rumbi is Human Resources professional and the founder of African Youth Arise (AYA). Rumbi’s challenges and experiences as a young African person living in the UK invoked her passion for pursuit of excellence for young African people living in the diaspora.

Team Member
Ruth is a Psychology with counselling graduate from the University of Roehampton. Ruth has has a history working with youth beginning at a youth committee called Off the streets, aimed at empowering various youth.
